Our staff has extensive training in a variety of massage techniques so we can assist you in healing. Our clients have been helped with conditions as varied as tension, stress reduction, low back pain, headaches, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction and muscle strain. We enjoy seeing clients return to activities that they had previously given up due to pain or discomfort.
If you’re looking for relaxation we offer swedish massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, and essential oils.

Our massage therapists:
Jennifer Olsen graduated from massage school in 1991 and has 19 years experience. She is an Oregon Licensed a member of the AMTA and is currently serving as the secretary for the Oregon AMTA chapter. She has training in postural analysis and orthopedic assessment, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofacial release and myoskeletal alignment. Cindy Rice graduated Massage School in TN in 1994 (Li#449) and maintained her office there until moving to Oregon in 2006 (Li#13116). She is proficient in medical massage with a focus on neck and back issues, deep relaxation massage, post-surgery/injury rehab, neuromuscular and myofacial massage & sports massage. She is also nationally certified in reflexology since 1994, and often combines reflexology and massage, blending the internal and external benefits of both modalities.
Elena Amadeo graduated from massage school in 1992, in NC, practicing now for 18 years. She continued her education in craniosacral therapy, polarity, pre-natal massage, and quantum biofeedback. As an educator she created a curriculum for Energy Balancing using Hot (and cold) Stones. She often combines several modalities, including deep tissue, to relieve held tension and to provide relaxation. She is the newest member to the team, and to Eugene.
