		<description>Thank you for the post. I have recently switched from Brooks running shoes with my orthotics to wearing my five finger vibram footwear and find them very comfortable. This has been a very popular topic and it is nice to see people working their way back to the way walking and running should be performed. I recommend everyone should have a pair of these shoes and should ease into them slowly when first wearing them. Keep the posts coming.</description>

		<description>I could not imaging doing yoga with any type of footwear on.  It would be fun to try them with running though.  Shoes can cause so many problems.</description>
