Jennifer Olsen graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1991 and have worked full time as a massage therapist since then. She is an Oregon Licensed a member of the AMTA and is currently serving as the secretary for the Oregon AMTA chapter. She has training in postural analysis and orthopedic assessment, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofacial release and myoskeletal alignment. Elena Amadeo graduated from massage school in 1992, in NC, practicing now for 18 years. She continued her education in craniosacral therapy, polarity, pre-natal massage, and quantum biofeedback. As an educator she created a curriculum for Energy Balancing using Hot (and cold) Stones. She often combines several modalities, including deep tissue, to relieve held tension and to provide relaxation.
Chelsea Heath has been practicing bodywork for the past ten years. She has extensive training in myofascial release and structural analysis. She is currently completing the final stage of her Rolfing license at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration at Boulder Colorado. Her experience and training facilitates a deeper connection to the levels of “self”, blending accurate, gentle and effective release. Chelsea’s focus is on addressing the underlying cause of symptoms, improving self correction and increased self awareness. One’s attention is turned inward throughout the session, increasing vitality and the ability to live comfortably in the body.
